Opening your planning workspace…

A practical guide

How to use this planner.

  1. Choose the opening or ready-to-use date.
  2. Review production and delivery estimates, then adjust selection and installation allowances.
  3. Read the suggested start and finish dates. Export the plan and confirm the programme with your quotation.

A transparent planning allowance

The starting production and delivery estimates come from the atelier’s current catalogue settings. Selection and sample approvals default to a 14-day planning allowance, with 7 days for installation and styling. These two allowances are illustrative and editable. All phases use calendar days and run sequentially.

A few useful answers.

Are these guaranteed production or delivery dates?

No. This is a planning estimate. Production begins after order confirmation and approval of the required specifications; final availability and transport timing are agreed with the quotation.

Does the tool account for working days and holidays?

It counts calendar days. Add allowances for holidays, approvals, samples, freight arrangements and any other project-specific requirements.

What if the calculated start date has already passed?

The planner highlights the dates that need review. Enquire about your target opening before committing to an accelerated programme.
