Design & proposal
We discuss pieces, finishes and bespoke details, then define the scope and quotation. Any required samples, prototypes or technical evidence are agreed for the project.

Approval & making
Confirm the specifications, payment terms and schedule before production. Bespoke commissions follow the approved drawings and materials.

Inspection & delivery
Agree the quality checks, destination and delivery responsibilities. Installation, access requirements and aftercare are defined in your proposal.
PRACTICAL DETAILS

Can you supply a large branded hotel?
Yes. We can supply boutique properties through to hotels with 400–500 rooms and suites, including properties operating under Marriott, IHG and Accor brands. Specifications, samples, technical evidence and any operator approvals are agreed for the individual project.
Can you work from our designer’s drawings?
Share drawings, a furniture schedule or a reference brief. The bespoke process includes technical drawings and material palettes, developed alongside an individual quotation.
Can we order repeated quantities?
There is no minimum order. We welcome briefs from one piece to thousands. Share your quantities, selected designs and required delivery date so we can confirm the specification and programme in your quotation.
What are the lead times and minimum orders?
There is no minimum order. Lead times depend on the pieces, quantities, finishes, approvals and delivery destination. Your proposal confirms the programme.
Are pieces suitable for commercial use?
Tell us the intended setting and any required durability, upholstery or fire-performance standards. Suitability and available technical evidence must be confirmed for the selected specification.
How are delivery, installation and aftercare handled?
Delivery arrangements are quoted for your destination. Installation, warranty coverage, care and replacement arrangements are confirmed in the project proposal.
